Foxy-5 is a WNT5A mimicking peptide with anti-metastatic effect, which lacks a heparan sulfate-binding domain. Foxy-5 triggers cytosolic free calcium signaling without affecting β-catenin activation and it impairs the migration and invasion of epithelial cancer cells[1][2][3].
