In Vitro, YAP/TEAD-IN-2 (2.5 μM, 72 h) significantly reduces luciferase activity in 293T cells transfected with 3xSDYAP-luci and Renilla plasmids[1]. YAP/TEAD-IN-2 (0.15 nM-333.33 nM, 3 days) inhibits the proliferation of human pleural mesothelioma NCI-H226 cells[1]. YAP/TEAD-IN-2 (48 h) inhibits YAP-TEAD-mediated reporter gene activity in 293T cells transfected with pGL3B-8xGTiiC-nLuc-CMV-fLuc plasmid[1].
