Description of Arachidonic acid (Immunocytophyt)

Arachidonic acid (Immunocytophyt)은 동물과 인간의 지방에 있고 간, 뇌 및 선체 기관에도 발견되는 필수 불포화 지방산이다. 동물의 인산화질 중 하나이다. 프로스타글란딘과 룩트리엔의 생물합성의 전신이다. Arachidonic acid은 세포 신호 전달과 인플렘마 발생의 중요한 요소이다[1-3].

Arachidonic acid (0-40 μM; 3분)은 혈관 세포에서 단백질 틸로신 인산화을 자극한다[4]. Arachidonic acid (3.3μM; 24시간)은 EB 형성을 지원하고 Valproic acid (VA) 유도의 태아 독성을 EB로부터 보호한다[5].

Arachidonic acid (1-4mg/kg; 구강 투여; 매일 1회, 3주간) 치료는 비만 쥐에서 pro-염증 표지자와 COX 경로의 현저한 다운-규레이션을 초래했고 12/15-LOX의 업-규레이션이 관찰되었다[6]. Arachidonic acid + 식사로는 Tg2576 쥐에서 엠스타티드 전구 단백질(APP) 처리의 변화를 통해 아밀로이드 β-단백(Aβ) 침전을 예방할 수 있다[7].

Swiss Albino 수컷 쥐 (고지 식사를 통한 비만 유도)

제조 방법

쥐는 세 그룹으로 나뉘었습니다. 두 쥐 그룹은 1 mg/kg의 체중을 위한 저농도 Arachidonic acid (LAA)과 4 mg/kg의 체중을 위한 중농도 Arachidonic acid (MAA)을 각각 일일 한 번에 구강 투여로 주입받았고 동시에 고지 식사 (HFD)를 했습니다. 나머지 비만 쥐 그룹은 HFD를 계속했습니다.
