An agent for preventing, curing or ameliorating organopathy of, for example, the liver, kidneys, heart, lungs, pancreas, blood vessels or small intestine, attributed to reperfusion, ischemia or blood flow disorder, comprising as an active ingredient a glycerol derivative represented by the following general formula or a pharmacologically acceptable salt[1].
