Eicosatetraynoic acid (ETYA) is a nonspecific inhibitor of cyclooxygenase and lipoxygenase (ID50=8 μM and 4 μM, respectively)[1]. Eicosatetraynoic acid (ETYA) activates PPARα and PPARγ chimeras at 10 µM[2].
