Description of 1,2-Dipalmitoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphate (sodium salt)

1,2-Dipalmitoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphate (sodium salt) (16:0/16:0-PA)はリン脂質であり、sn-1とsn-2位置で挿入された長鎖(16:0)パルミチン酸を持ち、リポソーム、ミセルと人工膜の調製に使われる[1, 2]。レチノイン酸と血清飢餓誘発の神経細胞分化の時、マウス神経芽腫Neuro-2a細胞におけるジアシルグリセロールキナーゼz(DGKz)は1,2-Dipalmitoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphateを生産できる[3]。1,2-Dipalmitoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphateはα-synuclein (α-syn)に結合できる[4]
