2'-デオキシアデノシン-5'-トリホスフェート(dATP)は、プリンヌクレオチドであり、核酸アデノシン5'-トリホスフェートの誘導体です。1 dATPはDNA合成におけるDNAポリメラーゼの基質です。2 また、DNA合成中のフィードバック抑制を提供する核酸還元酵素の非競争的阻害剤でもあります。1 dATPは研究用途でDNA合成、配列決定、標識に一般的に使用されています。 

dATPはアデノシン脱アミナーゼ遺伝子の突然変異によって特徴付けられる障害であるアデノシン脱アミナーゼ欠損症で蓄積します。この酵素はアデノシンとデオキシアデノシンの脱アミノ化を触媒します。5
