AM2201 is a potent synthetic cannabinoid (CB) with Ki values of 1.0 and 2.6 nM for the central CB1 and peripheral CB2 receptors, respectively.[1] It has been detected in herbal blends.[2] EAM2201 is an analog of AM2201 having an ethyl group added to the 4 position of the naphthyl group.
