Icariinはフラボノール配糖体である。IcariinはPDE5およびPDE4の活力を抑制し、IC50はそれぞれ432nM、73.50 μ Mである。IcariinもPPAR αの活性化剤である[1]。抗酸化、抗神経炎症、抗アポトーシスなどの作用をある[2]。
体外の実験によると、対照群と比べた後、10または20 μ Mで処理し、それぞれMDA-MB-453細胞の13.1±2.1%と18.2±1.6%の細胞のアポトーシスを誘導する。20 μMのIcariinで4T1細胞を処理し、アポトーシスを誘発する[3]。
体内では、ラットに50mg/kgのIcariinを注射する、フォルケジーナンの動物爪動物の爪が腫れていることを顕著に減少でき、カラグレージナンが誘導した爪組織の病理学的変化を改善できる。Icariinは爪の酵素と非酵素の抗酸化剤を著しく増加させ、爪の脂質過酸化も低下させる。Icariinは爪の炎症性サイトカインとNF-kBのレベルを低下させることができる[4]。
体内では、ライトに25mg/kgと50 mg/kgのIcariinを与え、PI3K-AKT経路を調節することを通じてうつ症状を改善し、PI3Kの調節メチレンp85と触媒メチレンp110の発現を増加させ、pの相対的な発現を増加させる。-AKTは抗アポトーシス因子Bcl-2の発現を促進することにとってBcl-2/Baxの比を向上する[5]。体内では、C57BL/6Jマウスに50mg/kgのIcariinを1日与えることで飲酒による心房構造と電気再構築を顕著に弱めることができる[6]。
