Adaptor-associated protein kinase 1 (AAK1) and BMP-2-inducible protein kinase (BMP2K) inhibitor (IC50 values are 233 nM and 1.48 μM for AAK1 and BMP2K, respectively). Inhibits AAK1-dependent phosphorylation of AP2M1. Activates Wnt signaling.
