Precautions
1) Due to the small amount of product, the mother liquor needs to be prepared directly by dissolving it in the bottle after receiving it.
2) Fluorescent dyes all have quenching problems. Please try to avoid light to slow down fluorescence quenching.

Product Use
1. Preparation of storage solution
Before the experiment, take out the ZnAF-2 DA powder stored at low temperature and return it to room temperature for at least 30 minutes. Centrifuge at low speed, then directly add a certain amount of anhydrous DMSO into the bottle to prepare a 1-10mM storage solution (: 1mg ZnAF-2 DA (Mw: 656,68)). Add 304 ul DMSO. After it is fully dissolved, 5mM storage solution is obtained. ). Please aliquot the storage solution according to the single usage, and store it in a sealed and dry place away from light at ≤-20°C. Reduce the number of repeated freezing and thawing times.
