Description of Dxd (Exatecan derivative)

Dxd (Exatecan derivative)는 Exatecan(DX-8951)의 유도체이다.DXd는 DNA 토포이소메라즈 I(TOP1)를 강력하게 억제하는 억제제로서, IC50가 0.31 µM이다.

DXd는 DS-8201a의 결합된 약물로 사용되었으며, DS-8201a는 인간화된 anti-HER2 항체, 효소적으로 cleavable peptide-linker, 그리고 새로운 topoisomerase I 억제제로 구성된 새로운 HER2 대상 항체-약물 결합체(ADC)이다. 세포 실험 :
