FzM1.8은 FzM1에서 파생되며, pEC50이 6.4인 FZD4의 알로스테릭 작용제입니다. FzM1.8은 FZD4에 결합하고 WNT 리간드가 없는 상태에서 TCF/LEF 전사 활성을 촉진함으로써 WNT/β-카테닌 경로를 활성화합니다. FzM1.8 결합은 이종삼량체 G 단백질에 대한 증가된 친화력으로 FZD4를 안정화하고 Gβγ 서브유닛의 방출을 자극하여 차례로 PI3K를 활성화합니다.
