In Vitro, NOS-IN-4 (up to 100 µM) is inactive in protecting mouse hippocampal neuronal HT22 cells from glutamate-induced cytotoxicity[1]. NOS-IN-4 (up to 100 µM) is inactive in preventing glutamate-induced glutathione depletion in mouse hippocampal neuronal HT22 cells[1].
