PDC31 (THG113.31; ILGHXDYK) ist ein allosterischer und nicht-kompetitiver Inhibitor des FP-Prostaglandin-Rezeptors. PDC31 ist ein Oligopeptid auf Basis von D-Aminosäuren und wird als glatte Muskelkontraktionsmittel eingesetzt. PDC31 reduziert die Stärke und Dauer der Uteruskontraktionen im Körper und kann zur Erforschung von Frühgeburten und primären Dysmenorrhoe (PD) verwendet werden. PDC31 verstärkt auch den Ca2+-abhängigen großen Leitfähigkeits-K+ Kanal in menschlichen Uterusmuskelschichtenzellen.
