Tosufloxacin (tosylate hydrate) is effective against Gram-positive and Gram-negative aerobic bacteria, anaerobic bacteria and Chlamydia trachomatis. Tosufloxacin (tosylate hydrate) is also a bacterial Topo (DNA gyrase, topoisomerase)) inhibitor.
