FMF-04-159-2 is a covalent CDK14 inhibitor. FMF-04-159-2 inhibits CDK14 and CDK2 with IC50s of 39.6 nM and 256 nM in NanoBRET assay, respectively[1]. CDK14/Cyclin Y|39.6 nM (IC50, in NanoBRET assay)|CDK2|256 nM (IC50, in NanoBRET assay)

FMF-04-159-2 inhibits HCT116 proliferation with an IC50 of 1,144±190 nM[1].
