Description of Luteolin

Luteolin은 복합 기능을 가진 플라보노이드 화합물로 항염, 항산화, 항암 등 기능을 가지고 있다.Luteolin은 핵 인자 적색 세포 2 관련 인자 2 (Nrf2)의 효과적인 억제제이다.

체외 실험에서 Luteolin (0-160µM)은 NCI-H460 세포에 24시간 동안 처리하여 농도 의존적인 방식으로 세포 생존성을 억제하고 세포주기를 S단계에서 중단시키고 세포 사멸 조절 단백질의 표현 수준을 증가시킴과 동시에 세포 이동을 억제한다[4]. Luteolin (0.05, 0.1, 5μM)은 쥐 뼈수막 기 질간 충격 세포 (BMSC)에 24-72시간 동안 처리하고 PI3K/Akt 신호 경로를 활성화하고 BMSC의 뼈 형성 분화를 촉진한다[5].

체내 실험에서 비알코올성 지방간염증(NASH)을 가진 쥐에게 구강 투여하여 Luteolin (10, 25, 50, 100 mg/kg/일)을 치료했고 혈청 간 기능 생물표지물(ALT, AST, 총 빌리루빈), 루론산과 말론의 수준을 현저하게 낮추었고 인자IFN-γ, TNF-α, IL-1α, IL-18의 수준도 낮추었다[6]. Aβ(1-40) 펩타이드에 의한 인지장애를 가진 쥐에게 Luteolin (50, 100 mg/kg/일)을 치료했고 Aβ 유발된 공간 학습과 공간 작업 기억 장애 및 인지장애를 현저하게 개선하고 해마의 고르게 풀에서 SOD와 GSH-Px의 수준을 증가시켜 MDA의 수준을 낮췄다[7].

제조 방법

쥐는 매일 고탄수화물/고지방 식사(30%의 탄수화물과 42%의 지방)을 12주 동안 먹여 비알코올성 지방간염증(NASH)을 유도했습니다. Luteolin (10, 25, 50 또는 100 mg/kg/일)은 구강 투여를 통해 10% w/v 농도로 0.9% NaCl에서 소생된 용액 형태로 투여되었습니다.
