NecroIr2는 이리듐(III) 복합물로, 시스플라틴(Cisplatin) 내성 폐암세포(A549R)의 괴사 유도제입니다. NecroIr2는 미토콘드리아에 선택적으로 축적되어 산화 스트레스와 미토콘드리아 막 전위(MMP) 손실을 유발합니다. NecroIr2는 수용체 상호작용 실리카 세린 타이로신 키나제 3(RIPK3)과 혼합계열 키나제 구조 도메인 유사 가짜 키나제(MLKL)를 활성화시켜 CDK4 발현을 조절할 수 있습니다.
