Naftifine-d3 is intended for use as an internal standard for the quantification of naftifine by GC- or LC-MS. Naftifine is an allylamine compound that blocks ergosterol biosynthesis in fungi by inhibiting squalene epoxidase (Ki = 1.1 μM for C. albicans epoxidase).1
