dCASP1-55 is a cereblon-dependent caspase-1 ( CASP1 ) PROTAC degrader.

In Vitro, dCASP1-55 (25-1000 nM; 0-6 h) selectively degrades CASP1 in THP1, MDSL, and AML cells, suppresses their colony formation, induces excessive NF-κB activation, and induces apoptosis, and moderate S-phase arrest[1].
