In Vitro, APG808 has a high affinity for human FcRn at pH 6.0, reduced affinity for human FcγRI, FcγRIIIa (F158), and FcγRIIIa (V158), and no detectable binding to human FcγRIIa (H131), FcγRIIa (R131), FcγRIIIb, or C1q[1].
