Description of DBCO-PEG4-VC-PAB-MMAE

DBCO-PEG4-VC-PAB-MMAE is an antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) complex composed of an ADC linker (DBCO-PEG4-VC-PAB) and the tubulin polymerization inhibitor MMAE. DBCO-PEG4-VC-PAB-MMAE is used for the synthesis of antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs). MMAE, a synthetic derivative of dolastatin 10, acts as a potent mitotic inhibitor by inhibiting tubulin polymerization[1].
