Phosphatase Inhibitor Cocktail II (100× in ddH₂O)
Sample solution is provided at 25 µL, 10mM.
Thaw at room temperature. Before assaying, add each solution at 1:100 (v/v) dilution to samples (such as cell lysates or tissue extracts). Mix the sample sufficiently after each time of addition.
Application Fields: Western Blot analysis, Co-IP, pull-down, IF, IHC, kinase assay and etc.
Phosphatase Inhibitor Cocktail II effectively inhibits acid and alkaline phosphatases as well as protein tyrosine phosphatases(PTPs).

Phosphatase Inhibitor Cocktail II has been optimized and tested for mammalian cell and tissue extracts. This cocktail is supplied as a ready-to-use solution in ddH2O.
