Phospho-ginkgolic acid is an agonist of sphingosine-1-phosphate receptor 1 (S1P1).1 Phospho-ginkgolic acid (10 μM) induces S1P1 receptor internalization and increases ERK phosphorylation in a concentration-dependent manner in CHO cells expressing S1P1.
