In Vitro, 7-Oxomogroside V (10-1000 mol ratio/32 pmol TPA) inhibits TPA-induced EBV-EA activation in Raji cells with an IC50 of 400 mol ratio/32 pmol TPA[1]. 7-Oxomogroside V (350 nmol) shows weak inhibition of NOR 1 activation in Chang liver cells, with an inhibitory ratio of 1.4[1].
