Hinokiflavone ist ein neuartiger Modulator der PrÄ-mRNA-Splicing-AktivitÄt in vitro und in Cellulo. Hinokiflavon blockiert das Spleißen von PrÄ-mRNA-Substraten, indem es die Spleißosomen-Assemblierung hemmt und insbesondere die Bildung von B-Komplexen verhindert. Hinokiflavone ist ein SUMO-Protease-Inhibitor, der die AktivitÄt der Sentrin-spezifischen Protease 1 (SENP1) hemmt.

Hinokiflavone is a novel modulator of pre-mRNA splicing activity in vitro and in cellulo. Hinokiflavone blocks splicing of pre-mRNA substrates by inhibiting spliceosome assembly, specifically preventing B complex formation. Hinokiflavone is a SUMO protease inhibitor, inhibiting sentrin-specific protease 1 (SENP1) activity[1].
