Cyclolinopeptide B is a cyclic nonapeptide with significant biological activity [1]. Cyclolinopeptide B inhibits the activation of T cells and B cells and downregulates the expression of immune-related genes (such as IL-2 and IFN-γ) [2]. Cyclolinopeptide B is commonly used to treat cancer [3].
In Sk-Br-3 cells, Cyclolinopeptide B (25, 50, 100, 200, 400μg/mL; 24h, 48h) has concentration dependent cytotoxicity [4]. In human gastric SGC7901 cells, Cyclolinopeptide B (40, 80, 120, 160, 200, 240μM; 24h, 48h) induces apoptosis by activating Fas, FasL, caspase 8, and caspase 3 [5]. In human gastric SGC7901 cells, Cyclolinopeptide B (80, 120, 200μM; 24h) isolated from flaxseed induce G1 cell cycle arrest on SGC-7901 cells by modulating the AKT/JNK signaling pathway [6].

Cell lines | Sk-Br-3 cells |
Preparation Method | The cultured cells were inoculated in 96-well plates, with 10,000 cells per well for the Sk-Br-3 cell line. After the inoculated cells grew to 70-80% confluence, they were treated with LOB for 24 hours and 48 hours, respectively. For Sk-Br-3 cells, the Cyclolinopeptide B administration concentrations were 400μg/mL, 200, 100, 50, and 25μg/mL, respectively. |
Reaction Conditions | 25, 50, 100, 200, 400μg/mL; 24h, 48h |
Applications | Cyclolinopeptide B has concentration dependent cytotoxicity in Sk-Br-3 cells. |

| General tips | Please select the appropriate solvent to prepare the stock solution according to the
solubility of the product in different solvents; once the solution is prepared, please store it in
separate packages to avoid product failure caused by repeated freezing and thawing.Storage method
and period of the stock solution: When stored at -80°C, please use it within 6 months; when stored
at -20°C, please use it within 1 month. To increase solubility, heat the tube to 37°C and then oscillate in an ultrasonic bath for some time. |

Method for preparing DMSO master liquid: mg drug pre-dissolved in μL DMSO ( Master liquid concentration mg/mL, Please contact us first if the concentration exceeds the DMSO solubility of the batch of drug. )
Method for preparing in vivo formulation: Take μL DMSO master liquid, next addμL PEG300, mix and clarify, next addμL Tween 80, mix and clarify, next add μL saline, mix and clarify.
Method for preparing in vivo formulation: Take μL DMSO master liquid, next add μL Corn oil, mix and clarify.
Note: 1. Please make sure the liquid is clear before adding the next solvent.
2. Be sure to add the solvent(s) in order. You must ensure that the solution obtained, in the previous addition, is a clear solution before proceeding to add the next solvent. Physical methods such as vortex, ultrasound or hot water bath can be used to aid dissolving.
3. All of the above co-solvents are available for purchase on the GlpBio website.
