Jun9-72-2 is an inhibitor of the severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) papain-like protease (PLpro; IC50 = 0.67 µM).1 It inhibits viral replication of SARS-CoV-2 in Vero E6 and Caco2-hACE2 cells (EC50s = 8.31 and 7.9 µM, respectively).
