Nandrolone laurate is an androgenic anabolic steroid. Nandrolone laurate increases myocardial susceptibility to ischaemia/reperfusion injury. Nandrolone laurate increases the rate of muscle glycogen repletion after exercise[1][2].
Nandrolone laurate (0.375 mg/kg; intramuscular injection) increases myocardial susceptibility to ischaemia/reperfusion injury in rats[1].Nandrolone laurate (1 mg/kg; 2-weekly intramuscular injections) increases the rate of muscle glycogen repletion after exercise in horses[2].
