Eicosanoids Metabolites MaxSpec® Discovery Mixture

Eicosanoids Metabolites MaxSpec^® Discovery Mixture contains ten prostaglandins (PGs) derived from cyclooxygenase-mediated metabolism of either arachidonic acid or dihomo-γ-linoleic acid (DGLA), including metabolites derived from the enzymatic 15-hydroxy PG hydrogenase (15-PGDH)/15-oxo-PG-δ¹³-reductase metabolic pathway and via non-enzymatic dehydration of prostaglandins.

Eicosanoids Metabolites MaxSpec^® Discovery Mixture has been prepared specifically for mass spectrometry and related applications where quantitative reproducibility is required. The solution has been prepared gravimetrically and is supplied in a deactivated glass ampule sealed under argon. The concentration was verified by comparison to an independently prepared calibration standard. The verified concentration is provided on the certificate of analysis. This Eicosanoids Metabolites MaxSpec^® Discovery Mixture is guaranteed to meet identity, purity, stability, and concentration specifications and is provided with a batch-specific certificate of analysis.
