Necrostatin 2 racemate is a potent necroptosis inhibitor, acts as a RIPK1 inhibitor lacking the IDO-targeting effect. Target: RIPK1Necrostatin 2 racemate is a potent in vitro necroptosis inhibitors (exemplified by 1, EC50-0.05 uM) that also were efficacious in an animal model of ischemic stroke.
