Tyk2-IN-8 (compound 10) is a selective TYK2 inhibitor, which binds to TYK2 catalytically active JH1 domain with an IC50 of 17 nM, used in the treatment of psoriasis[1]. IC50: 17 nM (TYK2 JH1)[1]
Tyk2-IN-8 also inhibits JAK1 (IC50=74 nM) and JAK2 (IC50=383 nM)[1].
