Description of N-desmethyl Olanzapine

N-desmethyl Olanzapine is a major metabolite of the atypical antipsychotic agent olanzapine .1,2 N-desmethyl Olanzapine is formed via oxidative metabolism of olanzapine by the cytochrome 450 (CYP) isoform CYP1A2.1
