PD 90780 is a non peptide antagonist of nerve growth factor (NGF) binding to the P75 NGF receptor, inhibits NGF-p75 NTR interaction with IC50s values of 23.1 µM and 1.8 µM in PC12 cells and PC12 nnr5 cells, respectively [1] . IC50: 23.1 µM (NGF, PC12 cells), 1.8 µM (NGF, PC12 nnr5 cells)
