Description of QO 58

Kv7 channel opener (EC50 values are 0.6, 1.0, 5.2 and 7.0 μM for Kv7.4, Kv7.2, Kv7.3/7.5 and Kv7.1, respectively). Increases the pain threshold of neuropathic pain in a sciatic nerve CCI in vivo model.
