Exhibits time- and dose-dependent AMPAR/γ-8 receptor occupancy in mouse hippocampus, resulting in robust seizure protection in corneal kindling and pentylenetetrazole (PTZ) anticonvulsant models[1]. pIC50: 9.7 (AMPAR)[1].
